Common questions
Do I need to buy the lights?
No. We provide commercial-grade LED lights cut to fit your home, and we store them labeled between seasons.
When should I book?
As early as you can. Install dates fill up quickly as we approach Thanksgiving, and they’re scheduled in the order deposits come in, so the best dates go first.
What if a bulb goes out?
Text us. We fix outages for free through December 31, usually within 3 business days, or 2 on Premium.
When do you take the lights down?
In January. We remove everything, check it, and store it labeled for your home so next year’s install is fast.
Will you put holes in my house?
No. We use professional clips that attach to gutters and shingles, so nothing is nailed or screwed into your home.
How does payment work?
A 50% deposit holds your install date. The balance is invoiced after your install and a 3-day look-over. We accept all major cards.
Can you hang lights I already own?
We install our own commercial-grade lights so we can guarantee them all season. Ask us about your situation and we’ll see what we can do.
